Details of Schemes Implemented on Portal under Department of Tribal Welfare
(i) Any widow beloging to ST community/Non ST Community married to ST and having minor children belonging to ST community is eligible,subject to the benefit being limited to 2 children up to the age of 18 years. (ii) In case of children of widow,Family income of the widow should not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum.
Any orphan belonging to ST community who is under the care of guardian, viz., grandparents of near relatives or in a protective home/Dharmasala etc. up to the age of 18 years.
Either deceased person or the applicant should be from the Schedule Tribe Community whose family income shall not exceed Rs. 3.00 lak per annum. If applicant is non ST and the deceased is from ST category when the applicant should establish the first relationship with the deceased person. The claim may be made within 12 months from the occurrence of death in the family by of kin.

Submit application to Directorate of Tribal Welfare for verification.
